Future Feature – Availability Priority
Equipment reservations are revolutionized in RentalWorksTM 2.0368 (scheduled release 05/07) with the introduction of Availability Priority. Authorized users have the ability to graphically review equipment commitments – reservations, orders, staged inventory, truck packages, sub-rentals, transfers, expected returns, repairs - as well as the revenue generated per inventory item, and “drag and drop” reservations to alter priority and maximize ROI.

• Agents associated with altered reservations are automatically notified of the change in priority. Any sub/cross rental costs incurred by the priority shift can be applied to the order which instigated the change - critical for organizations which base agent compensation of the profitability of their orders.

• Multiple Locations? Authorized users have the ability to review equipment commitments throughout your organization with the click of a button, and consider the benefits of a transfer request. Users are prevented from staging, and/or shipping equipment that is reserved for another order (unless overridden by authorized personnel)
